I just ran it and got my config file.........

Ya, I know how to get to it, but didn't think it had a whole lot to do with actual x-server settings anymore since they changed the way gnome deals with x now. I'll look though it and see if it looks normal or not. By looking normal, I mean .... "I have no idea what I'm going to be looking for" ... LOL

I was thinking that is at least worth a shot. I would change a couple of things and restart and see if it changes anything.

Another damn problem with the beta. Nautilus will open up a browser on the wrong damn window if your running dual monitors. There is a bug report filed on it and supossidly there has been a fix/ patch released for it. I sudo apt-get upgrade , and nautilus was upgraded - the problem is still there. Don't know why its still there, they claimed this issue was fixed, but its still there for me. I checked the version of nautilus before 2.26.0 and after 2.26.1. They actally claimed this problem was fixed in 2.26.0, but it was alive and kicking on my machine.

Also, kinda different, but when I ran my upgrade it recompiled the kernel and when I rebooted, I still only had just the one kernel listed. I guess thats not really weird, but I'm used to getting a whole nother kernel with as many packages were upgraded on my machine. I'm not kidding .... there was alot!

Can anyone else verify that this is still happening on their machine with dual monitors running 64-bit?
To reproduce, just open nautilus in your non-defualt monitor. It should then open on the wrong monitor.

Check your repo and make sure it is set to Main and then do another update. This should solve it?

I believe you can also run "sudo dontzap --disable" and get the same result. It worked for me on a couple of systems but it seems like I had to install dontzap on one (I think I have cranial memory problems but I just can't remember for sure....)
